1. Driver RequirementsAll drivers must possess a valid, unendorsed driver's licence held for a minimum of 5 consecutive years. Only Visa and Mastercard are accepted for the R7,500 refundable security hold.

2. Vehicle UsageThe vehicle is provided with a strict daily allowance of 200 km. Excess mileage will be billed at standard premium rates. The vehicle is to be driven on sealed, paved roads only. A strict no-smoking policy applies inside the cabin at all times.

3. Liability & InsuranceThe renter is liable for all traffic fines, toll fees, and damages resulting from negligent driving, including undercarriage and tyre damage due to harsh driving conditions. Standard insurance terms apply.

4. Fuel PolicyThe BMW Z4 must be returned with a full tank of premium unleaded petrol. If returned below full, an R100 refuelling surcharge will apply on top of the fuel cost.
